In this episode, Caroline Powell Donelan, Co-Chair of the General Litigation Group at Blank Rome LLP, discusses how being harassed as a young associate by a senior partner, informed her ideas on the importance of self-advocacy, diversity at the leadership level and mandatory training for all.
